We thought this day would pass without politics and headaches, but a word must be said, even if it’s a word of anger, directed at the “Secretary General of the Party of Terror,” Naim Qassem, and his partner in deceit and veiled threats, Wafiq Safa:
Whether you shout from the pulpits of fear, or issue threats through television screens with your cabinet of absurdities and horror scenarios, know this: the hour is coming, without a doubt. Your weapons will be handed over, willingly or not, peacefully or forcefully, whether your necks bow willingly or are made to bend!
But it seems that Naim and Safa, sinking deeper into their chronic delusion, still insist on fabricating lies and falsifying facts, trying to tailor the ceasefire agreement to suit their illegitimate weapons, as if it were written to apply solely to the area south of the Litani River.
So let us bitterly remind you, in the face of this miserable pretense, that the agreement applies to all of Lebanon, not to a private farm guarded by your missile launchers!
The agreement is as clear as day: No weapons except in the hands of the Lebanese state. No security zones, no mini-states within the state, no militiamen roaming around as if above the law!
The Lebanese Army, Internal Security Forces, General Security, State Security, Customs, Municipal Police… these alone are authorized to bear arms. As for you, your weapons belong in confiscation warehouses, and your rightful place is in the dark pages of history, not on the platforms of false sovereignty.
What Sheikh Naim uttered yesterday is not a political stance; it is a slap in the face of every national accord, from Taif, to international resolutions, to the ceasefire agreement.
He is not stating a position; he is affirming a rebellion against the Land of the Cedars, a clinging to a phantom state, and a worship of arms devouring what’s left of the nation.
But rest assured: no coup lasts forever, and no weapon stands above the will of the people. And if you do not read history , then wait for the wrath of the present… it is coming, and with bare hands, rifles will be broken.

كنا نظن أنّ هذا اليوم سيمرّ بلا شؤون السياسة ووجع الرأس، لكن لا بدّ من كلمة، وإن كانت كلمةَ غضبٍ، نوجهها إلى “أمين عام حزب الإرهاب” نعيم قاسم، وإلى شريكه في الخداع والتلويح بالتهديد، وفيق صفا:
سواء صرختم من على منابر الخوف، أو هدّدتم عبر شاشات التلفاز بخزعبلات الخزانة وسيناريوهات الرعب، فلتعلموا أنّ الساعة آتيةٌ لا ريب فيها، وأنّ سلاحكم سيُسلَّم، طوعًا أو كرهًا، بالمنيح أو بالقبيح، شاءت أعناقكم أم أبت أن تنحني!
لكن يبدو أنّ نعيم وصفا، وهما يغرقان في وهمهما المزمن، لا يزالان يُصرّان على اجتراح الأكاذيب وتزوير الحقائق، مصرّين على قصّ وثيقة وقف إطلاق النار على مقاس سلاحهما غير الشرعي، وكأنّها كُتبت لتشمل جنوب الليطاني دون غيره.
فدعونا نذكّركم بمرارة، من هذا التذاكي البائس، بأنّ الاتفاق يشمل كلّ لبنان، لا مزرعة محصورة بمرابض صواريخكم!
الاتفاق واضح كالشمس: لا سلاح إلا بيد الدولة اللبنانية. لا مربّعات أمنية، ولا دويلات ضمن الدولة، ولا رجال ميليشيا يتجوّلون على أنهم فوق القانون!
الجيش اللبناني، قوى الأمن، الأمن العام، أمن الدولة، الجمارك، الشرطة البلدية… هؤلاء فقط من يحقّ لهم حمل السلاح. أمّا أنتم، فمكان سلاحكم الطبيعي هو مستودعات المصادرة، ومكانكم الطبيعي في صفحات التاريخ الأسود، لا على منابر السيادة الكاذبة.
إنّ ما تفوّه به الشيخ نعيم أمس ليس موقفًا سياسيًّا، بل صفعة على وجه كلّ اتفاقٍ وطنيّ، من الطائف إلى القرارات الدولية، إلى اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار.
هو لا يعلن موقفًا، بل يعلن تمسّكًا بالانقلاب على بلاد الأرز، وتشبّثًا بالدولة الغائبة، وتقديسًا لسلاح يأكل ما تبقّى من الوطن.
لكن لتطمئنوا: لا انقلاب يدوم، ولا سلاح يبقى فوق إرادة الناس. وإن كنتم لا تقرأون التاريخ، فانتظروا غضب الحاضر… إنّه آتٍ، وبأيدٍ عارية ستُكسَر البنادق.

Nous pensions que cette journée passerait sans politique ni maux de tête, mais un mot doit être prononcé — même s’il est un mot de colère — adressé au « secrétaire général du Parti du Terrorisme », Naim Qassem, et à son complice dans la tromperie et les menaces à peine voilées, Wafiq Safa :
Que vous criiez depuis les tribunes de la peur ou que vous menaciez à travers les écrans de télévision avec vos absurdités et scénarios de terreur, sachez que l’heure viendra, sans aucun doute. Vos armes seront remises, de gré ou de force, de bonne grâce ou non — que vos cous se courbent volontairement ou qu’ils y soient contraints !
Mais il semble que Naim et Safa, noyés dans leur illusion chronique, continuent d’insister à inventer des mensonges et falsifier les faits, s’acharnant à tailler l’accord de cessez-le-feu à la mesure de leurs armes illégitimes, comme s’il avait été rédigé uniquement pour s’appliquer au sud du Litani.
Permettez-nous donc de vous rappeler, avec amertume, que cet accord s’applique à tout le Liban, et non à une ferme privée gardée par vos lance-missiles !
L’accord est clair comme le jour : aucune arme ne doit exister en dehors de l’autorité de l’État libanais. Pas de zones de sécurité, pas de mini-États dans l’État, pas de miliciens qui se baladent comme s’ils étaient au-dessus de la loi !
Seuls l’armée libanaise, les Forces de sécurité intérieure, la Sûreté générale, la Sûreté de l’État, les douanes, la police municipale… sont autorisés à porter des armes. Quant à vous — vos armes doivent être placées dans des entrepôts de confiscation, et votre place naturelle est dans les pages sombres de l’histoire, pas sur les tribunes d’une souveraineté mensongère.
Ce que le cheikh Naim a prononcé hier n’est pas une position politique ; c’est une gifle à tous les accords nationaux — de Taëf aux résolutions internationales, en passant par l’accord de cessez-le-feu.
Il ne déclare pas une opinion, il proclame un attachement au renversement de la République du Cèdre, une adhésion à l’État absent, et une adoration d’un arsenal qui ronge ce qui reste du pays.
Mais soyez rassurés : aucun coup d’État ne dure, aucune arme ne peut résister à la volonté du peuple. Et si vous ne lisez pas l’histoire… attendez la colère du présent. Elle arrive, et à mains nues, les fusils seront brisés.
